Breakfast Pizza
Crispy flat-bread topped with sage cream sauce, scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, and cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. $11.95  

Pineapple, Ham and Swiss Quesadilla
A grilled flour tortilla filled with diced baked ham, pineapple chunks and Swiss cheese, served with a side of marinara dipping sauce. $12.95  

North Meats South Walleye and Crabmeat Po’ Boy Sandwich
Ritz crumbed walleye sautéed and served on a toasted hoagie bun with Louie crab salad, shredded lettuce, tomato and muenster cheese, served with O’Brien potatoes. $14.95  

Warm Turkey and Tangerine Salad
Warm roast turkey served on mixed greens with avocados, dried cranberries, apples and candied walnuts, drizzled with a lingonberry-yogurt dressing. $13.95  

Salmon and Dill Risotto
Flakes of baked Alaskan salmon tossed in creamy risotto with capers, fresh dill, red onions, mushrooms and dill Havarti cheese, finished with a touch of cream and a sprinkling of asiago. $14.95
