Greek Chicken and Chanterelle Mushroom Pizza
Crispy flatbread spread with marinara sauce, topped with lemon-oregano grilled chicken, Kalamata olives, wild chanterelle mushrooms and mozzarella and feta cheeses. $14.00     

Prime Rib Quesadilla  
Shaved roast prime rib folded in a grilled flour tortilla with white cheddar cheese, red onions and roasted red peppers, served with tropical fruit salsa and creamy horseradish sauce. $14.00     

Huckleberry Shrimp and Fritter Salad
Pan seared shrimp tossed with wild huckleberries and served warm on mixed greens with a warm shrimp and crab fritter, edamame beans and candied walnuts, drizzled with huckleberry-mango vinaigrette. $15.00    

Nathan’s Backyard Knife and Fork Cheese Dog
Our quarter pound hot dog topped with house made sweet and spicy pickles, grilled onions and mustard-cheddar cheese sauce, served on a toasted bun with fries. $12.00   

Lobster, Bacon and Caramelized Onion Risotto
Creamy risotto tossed with lobster, bacon and caramelized onions in creamy lobster sauce, finished with shaved Parmesan. $16.00
