Crispy flat-bread brushed with olive oil and roasted garlic, topped with heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella cheese. $12  

Lamb Carnitas Quesadilla  
Tender lamb loin glazed with minted honey-balsamic, folded in a grilled flour tortilla with grilled onions, green chilies, fried jalapenos and white cheddar cheese, served with salsa and sour cream. $13  

Double Trouble BBQ and Blues Sandwich
Sliced smoked tender beef rib eye dusted with smoky BBQ spice and grilled, topped with barbecued pulled pork, bleu and cheddar cheeses and grilled onions, served on a toasted bun with fries. $15  

Biscuits and Sausage Gravy with Scrambled Eggs
Toasted buttermilk biscuits smothered in spicy Italian sausage gravy, served with scrambled eggs, cheesy hash browns and fresh fruit. $13  

Cajun Shrimp and Scallop Caesar Salad
Gulf shrimp and sea scallops dusted with Cajun spice and sautéed, served warm on a classic Caesar salad with tomatoes, imported olives and parmesan crisps. $15  

Risotto with Beef Tips and Grilled Vegetables
Creamy risotto tossed with beef tenderloin tips and grilled vegetables, finished with asiago cheese. $16
